I promise that's what they are calling it...although, it really is a Frosted Flake. Two sisters posted the auction for the oddly shaped cereal novelty, and then...capitalism/entrepreneurship at its best.
I have to say that America must be completely infatuated with weird, bizzare, and unique things...and some people have more money to throw around than they should. :) This is obviously another great argument for that.
Because what started out as something kinda funny, and neat has now turned into something just gigantic, with a gigantic price tag.
Take a look at the eBay auction that started at $50...and will end on Thursday. Someone is going to pay more than 200k for a FROSTED FLAKE!!!!

SPACESHIP HOUSE
I spent a good 6 to 7 years of my childhood on Signal Mountain, and my parents still live there. So, for years and years and years, I have passed this house on the way up. It has been placed in the book 'Things to See in Tennessee" and has always been a topic of discussion for anyone traveling up Signal for the first time.
For me, it was weird symbol of being home. Now, it is for sale--actually, it has been for sale several times--now it is up for auction. I wish I could afford it, because it would be fun to own...but alas, I'm hoping that someone will buy it at auction, do some good work to it, and restore it to it's Galactic Glory.
Wiping a tear or two away :)
