I agree with Dave. Spring may actually have made it to the Tri-Cities, AND I received two pieces of great news today.

The first is that Johnson City is getting another Starbucks!
It will located very close to ETSU next to the millennium Centre. (See, I am a HUGE coffee fan...actually, I get made fun of because I like it so much...poor me. I will suffer.)

Now, I do not believe Starbucks is the be all, end all in coffee, but I do appreciate the fact that they can brew a very consistent cup of Ink. No worries about whether it's going to be watered down or flavorless...nope, I know exactly what I'm getting from them. So, to have two locations in the same city will be very nice. I should never have to worry about being without a decent cup of coffee again.

The second piece of news is that there are only 6 days before Coca-Cola Blak hits the store shelves. For some weird reason, I'm really intrigued to see what this concoction tastes like. I've read sources that say it tastes like somebody poured Coca-Cola into their cup of Starbucks...or that it would be better as a float...who knows? I'm still excited to taste the "Coke effervescence with coffee essence."

Oh, yeah, it's "Eat an Eskimo Pie Day!" Those go well with coffee. It's an interesting mix between hot and cold.
