It's been determined that you spend about 2 years of your life getting ready for work...eight minutes of that each day is devoted to getting dressed.
I must not be the typical person, because it always takes me forever to determine what I want to wear. Basically, it adds up to what mood I'm in, what the weather is going to be like that day, and of course, what's clean.
You see, my wife doesn't really allow me to do the laundry. I've made a few too many mistakes in that department. Oh, sure, she would let me do MY laundry, but she has pity on me knowing full well that I would probably show up to work in a white shirt that is pink and khaki pants that look like they have been tie-dyed. Thank you, honey.
Anyway, I think I could identify with Kevin McCormick. Kevin has come to live with a hard truth — he really has no idea what to wear each day. So, rather than turn to friends, family or stylists for help, he relies on your good taste.
His website, www.dresskevin.com , asks the whole of America to vote on what he should wear from work to play. The site displays the next event he needs clothes for, a weather report, what he has in "stock," and how long it has been since he wore that particular item.
Amazingly, Kevin said that almost every outfit America has picked out for him matched.
Gotta say...I wish I had thought of it first.
